I’ll tell you a cute little story. We have some technical films or some films that we have in our Church that express various principles. And so I’ve been lucky to be able to do some of those films. And have been asked to do some of those films. But you audition and you get cast just like a regular film or TV show. So on one of the very first films, I think it was the very first film that I was cast in, it was around Christmastime and my husband and I went into a restaurant and it turned out Mr. Miscavige was there with his basic, you know, other executives and he was taking them out to dinner for Christmas dinner. And then he was going to take them to a musical, to the theater.

Well, as soon as he saw us come in, he excused himself from his friends, he stood up, he came directly over to me and he said, “You got the part. You were fantastic. You got the part.” And he grabbed my hand and shook my hand. And I can’t tell you, it still gives me tears, you know. It’s like, I’m thinking, “Oh my goodness, are you kidding me?” And he was just so enthusiastic and so real and so validating. And yeah, my husband and I went to sit down and have our dinner but in another room. So when it was time to get the check we asked the waiter for the check and he said, “Oh no, Mr. Miscavige already handled that.” And we were like “What?” you know. So that’s just the kind of person he is. He thinks about other people. He makes you feel that you’re special. Somebody special. And to me that’s really the sign of greatness.
